Battleground of Badr

Battle of Badr is a Decisive battle fought between the Meccans led by the Abu Jahl Amr bin Hasham and Holy Army comprised of strongly believed Companions of Hazrat Muhammad PBUH. Badr is a place located 130 Kilometers from Medinah and 334 Kilometers from Mecca. This holy battle was fought at the 17th of Ramadan, in the second year after the Hijrat of Prophet PBUH. The Kiswah is printed in the Al Kiswah Makkah factory which is totally governed by Government of Saudi Arabia. Designing, dyeing, weaving, printing, and embroidery is done in this factory. Before those Ottoman Caliphs were used to place the curtain of Kaabah and before the Ottoman Caliphs, Umayyad Caliphs used to place the Cloth Curtains on the Holy Kaabah. This mount has memorable significance in the Islamic History. Cave Thawr

Most of the pilgrims visit the cave of Thawr after performing the Umrah pilgrimage. It is located at the height of 750 meters in the south of Mecca’s district Misfalah. The Cave of Thawr indicates the memorable event which took place while migration of Prophet PBUH from Mecca to Medinah. Hazrat Abu Bakar and Holy Prophet PBUH stayed here until during their journey of migration. Hazrat Asma bint Abu Bakr R.A supplied the food and other supplements to his father and our beloved Prophet PBUH. A group of polytheists chased the Holy Prophet PBUH and Hazrat Abu Bakr R.A when they were staying at this cave. Almighty Allah ordered at spider to build a spider web on the entrance of the cave. It forced Infidels to think that no one has entered in this cave. This cave gave refuge to the Prophet PBUH for three days and three nights.

Cave Hira

Hira is the second important Cave in the history of Islam but you can say it the first one. First five verses of Surah Al Alaq which was about the Knowledge was revealed in this cave. It was the first time when our holy Quran was started revealing on the Prophet PBUH. Hazrat Gabriel A.S came to the Holy Prophet PBUH with these verses of holy Quran. This cave is located at the height of 642 Kilometers and in the mountain Al Noor. The distance from the Holy Kaabah is just four Kilo meters. All the Muslims visit this place after the Umrah and may be during the Umrah. Because there is no longer distance to visit after the Umrah Pilgrimage.  When the pilgrims visit the Jabal An Noor (Mount of light) they visit the Cave of Hira.

Masjid Al Ayesha R.A

Al Ayesha Mosque is also named as the Masjid Al Taneem which is located in the neighborhood of Mecca. People who visit the Mecca during the Umrah Pilgrimage also visit the Masjid Al Ayesha R.A. It is also regarded after the name of Mother Ayesha R.A. It refers the incidence when Mother Ayesha was unable to complete the Umrah  due to the Menstrual Period and state of impurity.
